- entry of the calibration deadline in our computer archive, agreed upon; directly with the customer’s Quality Manager;
- Automatic reminder sent well in advance to the Quality Manager;
- Pickup and delivery of the instrumentation to the customer’s premises with contracted couriers;
- Provision of certified replacement instruments when needed.

The certificate we issue is official and internationally recognized, thanks to the guarantee of the traceability chain.
Each instrument is accompanied by a unique document, consisting of:
- Tamper-proof plate affixed to the instrument;
- Calibration certificate complete with all data identifying the instrument, measurements made and uncertainties.
