High Purity Valves

GEMÜ’s High-Purity valves were specifically developed for process equipment, feed systems for ultrapure chemicals, and ultrapure water treatment and distribution systems for the semiconductor industry. They are currently made in our production facility in Switzerland under clean room conditions. In addition to diaphragm valves from the CleanStar and PurePlus programs, additional piping components are available: pressure gauges, flow meters, fittings, and hoses. In addition, the GEMÜ iComLine diaphragm-plate valve is especially used for dosing tasks and as a multifunctional unit.
